1. Overview
RachadDev ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Blockora mobile game. We aim to keep the game enjoyable while being transparent about the services used to operate and monetize it.
2. Information processed
Blockora does not ask you to create an account and does not directly request your name, address, or phone number. Third-party services integrated into the game may automatically process technical information, including:
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, and approximate region.
- Advertising identifiers and information about ad impressions, interactions, and diagnostics.
- IP address and limited usage or performance data needed to deliver services, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot issues.
3. Google AdMob
Blockora uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Google and its partners may process device identifiers and related data to deliver, measure, personalize where permitted, and protect advertising. Consent choices and ad personalization depend on your region and device settings.

4. Firebase Remote Config
Blockora uses Firebase Remote Config to safely adjust game settings and feature behavior without requiring a new app release. This service may process app-instance identifiers, configuration fetch data, and technical information required to provide and secure the service. We do not use Remote Config to store content that directly identifies you.

5. Purposes and data sharing
Information is processed to display and measure ads, provide rewarded-ad features, configure game behavior, maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by Google as our service provider or advertising partner under its own policies and applicable law.
6. Retention and security
RachadDev does not maintain a separate player-account database for Blockora. Google determines retention periods for information processed through AdMob and Firebase. We use reasonable technical measures and current SDKs, but no electronic service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
Blockora is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the matter.
8. Your choices and rights
You may limit ad personalization through your device privacy or advertising settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing. Contact us to submit a privacy request. Requests involving data controlled by Google may need to be directed to Google.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game, integrated services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
